1. No Emergency Services
Nifely Health is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. You may also text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line.
2. State Licensing Requirements
You must be physically located in Wyoming, Texas, or Washington at the time of your telehealth session. Services are only available to residents of these states.
3. Payment & Fees
Self-pay rates: Wyoming — $275 initial eval / $150 follow-up / $85 brief check-in. Texas — $300 initial eval / $175 follow-up / $90 brief check-in. Washington — $350 initial eval / $185 follow-up / $95 brief check-in. A $50 no-show fee applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
4. Telehealth Consent
By booking a telehealth session, you consent to receiving care via video. You are responsible for ensuring a private location, stable internet connection, and a device with a working camera and microphone.
5. Free Consultation
The complimentary 15-minute consultation is an informational call only and does not constitute a clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or the establishment of a provider-patient relationship.
6. No Surprises Act
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs is available upon request. Please contact us before your appointment if you would like one.
