About Nifely Health
Where You Are Seen, Heard, and Supported
Compassionate care for healing, hope, and balance
Who We Are
At Nifely Health, we believe peace of mind is essential to overall well-being. We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and holistic wellness support for individuals navigating their mental health journey. Founded on the principle that mental health care should be safe, affirming, and accessible — we are proud to serve clients in Washington, Wyoming, and Texas.
Our Story
Nifely Health was created to close a gap we saw too often — people needing timely, respectful mental health care and not finding it. We wanted to build a practice where you are seen as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. A place where appointments don't feel rushed, where questions are welcomed, and where care continues beyond the visit.
Who We Serve
We work with children 6+, adolescents, teens, adults and elders 65+ navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, ADHD, trauma, stress, sleep difficulties, and life transitions. Whether this is your first time seeking support or you are returning to care after a break, you are welcome here.
Our Promise To You
We promise to understand you first. To explain your options clearly. To honor your identity, culture, and lived experience. And to partner with you at a pace that feels safe and sustainable — with consistent follow-ups, clear communication, and care that adapts as your needs evolve.

Our Approach
"We begin by listening — then build care around you, not just your symptoms."
Here, care is collaborative. Our practice integrates evidence-based psychiatry with whole-person wellness, recognizing that medication is one component of a broader healing process. Each care plan is thoughtfully individualized to support growth, resilience, and long-term well-being. If you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or not quite like yourself — you do not have to navigate it alone.
A Calm Kit waiting for you
