Complete Intake Forms
After booking, you'll receive a link to complete your intake paperwork securely through Headway before your first visit.
Prepare for Your Session
Find a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection. Have your insurance card and a list of current medications ready.
Attend Your Telehealth Visit
Join your session from the Headway platform. Your provider will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and discuss next steps.
